ICAR Technician Salary 2022: Training Period

1. Candidates who will be selected as the technician will have to undergo a training period of 1 year. This training period will be On-the-job-training. Once, the candidate will complete the training period, they will receive the certificate to this effect which will be provided by the director of the concerned institute.
2. During, the training period, candidates will not be eligible for any kind of leave, and they will be called technical trainees during that period.
3. During the training period, candidates may be allowed to avail the services of the institute such as transport facility, dispensary, library facilities, etc.
4. After the completion of the training, the candidate will be eligible for the regular appointment against the post of Technician(T-1)
5. If a candidate fails to complete the training in the period of 1 year, the training can be extended up to 6 months maximum.
6. And, if the candidate fails to complete the training after the extended period as well, he/she will not be considered for the regular appointments.
