IBPS SO Prelims exam will take place on 28th and 29th December, whereas IBPS SO Mains for different post will be held on January 2020. As we all know there are many post under IBPS SO, and aspirants with special qualification and specialization are eligible for the IBPS SO Recruitment 2019. According to official notification 1163+ vacancies has been released this year. To start up your preparation one needs to know about the IBPS SO exam pattern for prelims and mains exam (for all posts). Knowing the complete exam pattern that how you have to proceed further is the most important thing while preparing for Banking exam.
There will be two types of exam pattern. Students appearing for law officer or rajbhasha adhikari are free from quantitative aptitude section in prelims stage but they will have to prepare for general awareness according to their filed of specialization. In IBPS SO Mains examination, questions on professional knowledge will be asked to test your knowledge on the subject/field you are applying from. Note: Students have to qualify in each of the three tests by securing minimum cut-off marks to be decided by IBPS Only. Also, IBPS has introduced sectional timing (last year)of 40 Minutes for each section, thus this time, time management needs special attention to clear the cut off.

The pattern for Prelims Exam is similar to other Bank Examinations, it would be easy for you to prepare for IBPS SO prelims 2019 due to the same pattern followed. Extra Efforts need to be given to the Professional Knowledge of the Subject for Various Posts of Law Officer, IT Officer, Agriculture Field Officer, HR/Personnel Officer and Marketing Officer, Rajbhasha Adhikari.
