Hello! My name is Adarsh Dwivedi. I am going to share IBPS RRB VIII Interview Experience. Hope it will help other banking aspirants.

Name – Adarsh Dwivedi
Presently working as Branch Manager in Aryavart Bank
Date of interview -22 Nov
Place – Lucknow

First they do your biometric verification.After biometric verification you have to go for Documents verification.They need every documents as mentioned in call letter.

After DV comes the interview starts.

Me – May I come in sir
Interviewer- Yes come in

Me – Good afternoon sir
Interviewer- Good afternoon have a seat

Interviewer- What’s your Name ?
Me – Adarsh Dwivedi

Interviewer -Where you are working now ?
Me – Told about my work place.

Interviewer- Tell me about your branch business ?
Me – Answered

Interviewer- Tell me in which area you have specilization in branch ?
Me – I told him about social security schemes.

Interviewer- What scope of the banking industry and what is your contribution in it ?
Me – Answered to the extent I knew

Interviewer- Who is the current DM & commissioner of your district ?
Me – I didn’t knew but told DM name.

Interviewer- Apart from KCC which other loan you have done in your branch ?
Me – Told mudra -3 loans

Interviewer – OK you can go now

Thank you sir

Finally, I went out. Experience was good and I was confident throughout my interview.
