IBPS has released the scorecard of online main exam for the post of Officers scale-I (PO). The online main exam was held on 30th of September 2018. The IBPS RRB PO (Officer Scale-I) examination was of a moderate level and candidates were eagerly waiting for the cut offs and scorecards to be released. What is the Process taken up by IBPS for Arriving at Scores for Online Main Exam of Officer Scale-I?

The Scores of Online Main Exam are obtained by adopting the following procedure:

(i) The number of questions answered correctly by a candidate in each objective test is considered for arriving at the corrected score after applying a penalty for wrong answers.

(ii) Final scores in each test are rounded off up to two digits after the decimal point.

Cut-offs were applied in two stages:

(i) on scores in individual tests,

(ii) on Total weighted Score, wherever necessary

Following are the Cutoffs for sectional tests (for General):

Reasoning: 12.50

Computer Knowledge: 9.00

General Awareness: 8.50

English Language: 10.50

Hindi Language: 15.50

Quantitative Aptitude: 10.00

How to Calculate My Total Weighted Score?

Total Weighted Score= Score obtained in (Reasoning * 1.25 + Computer * 0.50 + GA * 1.00 + Eng/Hindi * 1.00 + Quant * 1.25 )
