Here, Subhasis Mandal has shared his success story, let’s read it.

I am Subhasis selected as RRB Officer Scale-1 from West Bengal. First of all, I want to thank my parents for being patient and supportive. Secondly, I would like to convey special thanks to Saurabh Singh Sir, Shantanu Shukla Sir, and our most beloved Ashish Gautham Sir for guidance and support.

I am an Automobile Engineering Graduate and have been working in an MNC till last OCT when I decided to quit my job and start preparing for banking exams full time. I believe it’s never too late to chase your dreams and the best day to start over is today. I have cleared RRB PO in my first attempt and very glad to share the achievement with you all.

You all know about the subjects so I will share a small secret regarding preparation – Practice, practice and practice and when you think you are done, practice some more. We are living in a time where hard work has to be supplemented with smart work as well. Follow what your teachers tell you obediently. Without respecting teachers you cannot go anywhere. Believe in your teachers, belief in your dream, work hard, you will definitely achieve it. One last thing is that you should not have a Plan-B. Because it reduces our dedication towards your goal.
