IBPS RRB Handwritten Declaration 2024 Format for PO, Clerk Posts

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) published the notification on 7 June 2024 for 9995 vacancies on its official website i.e. www.ibps.in. The notification is released for the various posts such as Clerk (Office Assistant), PO (Officer Scale I), and Officer Scale II & III. Candidates have to fill out their registration forms online before 30 June 2024. While filling out the application form, there is a section for document upload in which the applicant has to upload a Handwritten declaration, photograph, signature, etc. In this column, we have provided the guide for IBPS RRB Handwritten Declaration 2024 & other documents uploaded.

IBPS RRB Handwritten Declaration 2024: For Clerk & PO

The declaration for the IBPS RRB 2024 registration has to be written in their handwriting. The text of the handwritten declaration should be the same as the notified by the IBPS. For the ease of candidates, we have provided the exact text

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

The text mentioned above should be written in English only and should not be in Block (Capital) Letters, otherwise considered invalid.

IBPS RRB Handwritten Declaration & Other Document File Size

While submitting the IBPS RRB form for the Clerk & PO position, declaration and other documents should be uploaded in the prescribed file sizes. Applicants won’t be able to submit their application form if failed to do so. To assist the applicants we have provided the prescribed file size of the respective documents

IBPS RRB 2024: Document Upload Important Guidelines

Documents should be carefully uploaded, while registration. The below section contains the guidelines for the Document Upload

Handwritten Declaration

• The size and file format should be the same as prescribed
• should not be in capital letters
• in English only
• written on white paper with BLACK ink only

Photograph

• Recent photograph
• eyes should be clearly seen (for eye-glasses)
• Caps, hats and dark glasses are not allowed. Only religious headwear is allowed
• Clearly visible

Signature

• Not in capital letters
• sign on white paper with a black ink pen

Thumb Impression

• Only Left thumb
• put impression on white paper with black/blue ink
