Exam Level- This is one of the important factor that help in determining the expected cut off for an exam. The level of exam in both the days were Easy. Though students did report that one of the DI in quantitative aptitude was calculative but overall the exam was of Easy level. Students reportedly attempted around 75+ questions this means that the cut off can be somewhere around 75 or more.

Number of Students- The number of students who have applied for IBPS RRB Clerk are in Lakhs and the number of vacancies in the IBPS RRB Clerk is in thousands. This increases the cut-off of the exam but a serious candidate can easily clear the cut-off and can easily move to the next stage of recruitment process.

Approximately 20 times the number of candidates are selected to move to the next stage.
