IBPS PO Mains Exam Pattern 2019
IBPS PO mains exam pattern is different from the IBPS PO prelims exam pattern. Main Examination consists of Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 25 marks. Both the Objective and Descriptive Tests are conducted online. The Descriptive Test of 30 minutes duration with 25 marks is a Test of English Language (Letter Writing & Essay). IBPS PO Selection Procedure 2019
It is a three-tier process. It consists of a three-stage test:
- Preliminary exam
- Main exam (Objective + Descriptive)
- Interview process
Candidates have to clear all the rounds to be posted in the bank as a PO. His final selection will be solely based on the final merit (marks obtained in the Main Exam and the interview round) list declared by the IBPS. As the preliminary exam is qualifying in nature.
