I am Babitha Madhuri. Today I would like to share my interview experience with all the aspirants.
Venue: Andhra bank head office
Date: 02-02-2017
Document verification: They complained about my certificate but somehow I could resolve it.
Interview room:
I was the first candidate in my panel after the lunch, so I was also feeling very tensed. There were 6 members in the panel [ 5 males and 1 female] all sat in a straight line
I : May i come in sir
Panel: yes
I : good afternoon mam and good afternoon sirs
P: yes good afternoon.pls take your seat
( Everybody is busy with their work only f1 is watching at me )
M1: ok babitha madhuri, Which place?
I: Sir Kurnool
M1: Which college?
———– college
P: Which year passed out? 2013
P: What you did these 4 years? Told
P: Which stream?-Eee
P: Why no core area – (answered accordingly)
M1 started asking questions:
How many types of communication are there? (this question is the most repeated questionn for ECE and EEE students. Pls read various interview experiences to know more about your academic questions)
Analog and digital communication ( asked differences which type is used why it is used) Told
What is resistance? -Told
Color represented for resisitance?
Me: Blank sir i don’t know.
Sir: Ok i wil give you a hint try to ans he said bb roy. Sir i don’t know. i don’t want to take a chance. No try it, i will not reduce marks for this question. He again gave me a hint.
Me: Blank. He said ok. (thanks to god) academic qns ended
M2: Upi full form -Told
Imps -Told
Diference between them -Told (they gave hints)
What is neft and rtgs and its differences
Me: Answered accordingly ( in the middle I fumbled. But they said relax don’t worry we will help you. Every body completed their work and started observing me. I took a deep breath trying to make eye contact with everyone and completed it)
M3(interrupted): what is the minimum transaction limit for NEFT?
Me: I said no minimum and maximum transaction limit for neft
They said there is a minimum limit:
Then i said 50000
M1: No it is 2lakh rupees
I: sir 50000 is for walk in customers and for cash transactions (it is present in RBI faq and more info watch #bbm videos)
Everbody said good
M2: latest app-Bhim, How it is different from various apps-Told aadhar enabled
What interface bhim will use – upi
M3: what are the current rates- Said about repo rate rrr, bank rate and msf with formula
What is a reseve ratio- Confused and said repo
M1(again helped me) reserve reserve- then it got struck. Sir it is CRR and SLR

Everybody asked me to relax and they started asking normal questions.
M3: i would post you in Mumbai- ( My reply: sir at present my dad is working in Mumbai only i would be really pleased if you post me there.)
Where your dad is working- navi Mumbai. He got promotion
He laughed. Ok then i will post you in kerela- as usual ok sir iam ready.
M5: what is the difference between previous budget and present budget?
Me: Started with some stupid stuff but mam mentioned about the date then i told about feb1 present budget and previous one is on feb 28.
He asked is there any other diff?- Sir, railway budgets presented along with union budget . (He said ok,Everybody nodded their heads)
M3: ok babitha you can go now
I stood said thank you and about to turn
M4 called where do you have account?
My reply- Sir axis bank and SBI( i am standing and answering . i could not sit bcoz i have 1 feet gap between me and chair.)
Where do you want to get posting? Sir Andhra bank
Why? Bcoz it is the leading psb in ap.
Then why don’t you have account in our bank?
Sir i have education loan in your bank (everybody laughed). You give me job I will clear your loan smiled.
M2: is your loan a NPA with smile ? with smile No sir
They said ok all the best. now i said have good day to mam and sir separately and started walking. I could hear the last m4 andm5 were talking about education loan joke. Slightly i heard the sound of a smart girl.
This is my first interview experience. It went well. Rest on god. I hope it will be helpfull for the readers, and I wish all the best to others.
