IBPS Clerk Mains Exam Analysis & Review 2020: IBPS had conducted IBPS Clerk Mains 2020 Exam on 19 January 2020. IBPS Clerk Exam is conducted every year by IBPS to recruit eligible candidates in various Public Sector Banks. Candidates who have gone through the IBPS Clerk Mains must be looking for the complete exam analysis and review.
IBPS Clerk Mains 2020 Exam had 5 sections: Quantitative Aptitude, General English, Reasoning, Computer Aptitude, and General/Financial Awareness for a duration of 160 minutes and each section had its allotted time limit.
The level of Today’s exam was of Moderate-Difficult level. Out of all the sections, Quantitative Aptitude was most tedious & calculative, and there were many good Puzzles in Seating & Arrangement Section.

Quantitative Aptitude (Moderate)
The Quantitative Aptitude section consisted of 50 questions. The level of data analysis and interpretation was moderate. There were a total of 4 sets of DI asked. Following were the types on DI seen in this section:

English Language (Difficult)
There were 40 questions in English Language section. There were a total of 3 sets of Reading Comprehension and their themes were related to:
- Coffee
- Artificial Intelligence
Sentence Rearrangement:
4 sentences were given out of which 1st & last were fixed. B & C (middle sentences) were divided into parts and had to be arranged among themselves. Finally, the whole paragraph was required to be rearranged.

Cloze Test:
There were 6 words marked as bold. The words were required to be substituted with appropriate words.
Fillers:
3 Sentences were given with a blank in each. Candidates had to identify suitable word which will fit in all 3 blanks.

Reasoning & Computer Aptitude (Moderate-Difficult)

This section had 50 questions and the level of the questions asked was moderate. In this section most of the questions, Banking Awareness related to current affairs & contemporary events of national & international importance of December/January.
There were also questions related to “RBI in news” of past 2-3 months & only 2-3 questions of static awareness. Some of the questions are as follows:
