IBPS Clerk Designation Changed from Clerk to Customer Service Associate (CSA)

The designation “Clerk” in Public Sector Banks is set to be replaced with “Customer Service Associate” (CSA), effective from April 1, 2024, as per a notice published on the official IBPS website, ibps.in. This change, approved by the Competent Authority, aligns with the ongoing Common Recruitment Process for Clerks (CRP CLERKS-XIV), now renamed CRP-CSA-XIV (Common Recruitment Process for recruitment of Customer Service Associates). The original terms and conditions remain unchanged, with updates available on the IBPS website.

Additionally, the IBPS Calendar 2025 has been released, outlining the important dates and schedule for various IBPS exams. It provides detailed timelines for preliminary and main exams, helping candidates plan their preparation effectively.
