This change, approved by the Competent Authority, aligns with the ongoing Common Recruitment Process for Clerks (CRP CLERKS-XIV), now renamed CRP-CSA-XIV (Common Recruitment Process for recruitment of Customer Service Associates). The original terms and conditions remain unchanged, with updates available on the IBPS website.
