How Should You Start Your Preparation For NRA CET Which Is Likely To Be Conducted From Sept 2021

We are expecting that the exam patter of NRA CET will be based on the exam pattern of all three agencies namely- IBPS, Railways, and SSC, there will be four sections i.e Reasoning Ability, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness. Given below is the Section-wise preparation tips of the CET.

English Language- You don’t have to be a master in this section as it  aims to test the basic knowledge of this language of the candidate and hence one can expect Reading Comprehension, Error Detection, Synonym, and Antonym, Fill in the blanks, Sentence correction, etc. This is the best time when you can start working on your weeker areas like grammatical rules to ace this section.
Quantitative Aptitude- This section usually scares a lot of candidates but don’t worry it only aims to checks the basic mathematical aptitude of a candidate. If we talk about the syllabus, it will be of 10th level and will have topics from Arithmetics like Simple Interest & Compound Interest, Time and Work, Profit and loss. In banking exams, Algebra and trigonometry is not asked but in SSC it does and hence one may found algebra and trigonometry as well. Topics like :Number series questions and Data Interpretation can also be seen and hence the wise thing would be to be well versed in the Arithmetic section as questions from this topic will definitely come.

Reasoning Section- Another important section is of Reasoning Ability and this section tends to check the problem-solving ability of a candidate. Topics on Blood relation, Direction, and sense, Rank and Order, Clock, etc. This section will be more clear once the syllabus of CET will be available.
General Awareness- You will have to start preparing for this section from now onward as this will contain questions from Current as well as from static GK. So one can always start the preparation of this section. Though the ratio of the two topics is not defined we are expecting that the Current affair section will be more than Static.
