• Ministry of Home Affairs launched the ‘CAPF Punarvaas’ portal so that CAPF personnel after retirement can get jobs.
• The world’s largest film restoration project is being made under the National Film Heritage Mission with a Total Cost– of Rs. 363 Crore.

• Empyrean Skyview Projects will build two more ropeway systems in Mussoorie and Yamunotri with an investment of ₹700 crores. 
• The India International Centre for Buddhist Culture and Heritage in the Lumbini Monastic Zone in Nepal. The cost of the project is around Rs 9846.46 Lakhs, to be constructed by the International Buddhist Confederation. Lumbini is the place where Gautam Buddha took birth.
• Pratidwandi has been selected to premiere in the Cannes Classics section of the 2022 edition.  A restored version of the Malayalam film Thampi will be showcased at Restoration World Premieres in Cannes. India is the focus country.
• INS Gharial Delivers Critical Medical Aid to Sri Lanka Under Mission SAGAR IX.
• The world’s longest glass-bottomed bridge has been opened in Moc Chau district, Son La province in Vietnam, Named Bach Long pedestrian bridge (white dragon) 
• Sky Bridge 721is the World’s Longest Suspension Bridge Opened at Dolní Morava in the Czech Republic.
• US weapons package worth $150 million for Ukraine’s fight to repel Russia’s invasion.  The package includes 25,000 155mm artillery rounds and counter-artillery radars.
• Czech Republic To Replace Russia On UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC)

• Indian e-sports gamers turn into athletes as they qualify for Asian Games. Moin Ejaz, 29, from Kolkata, specializes in Dota 2 (Defense of the Ancients 2), while Mayank Prajapati an expert Street Fighter V gamer, has made it to the national qualifiers for Asian Games.
