ESIC Junior Engineer Recruitment 2018

Dear Readers,

Employee’s State Insurance Corporation has released the notification for recruitment of Junior Engineers Civil and Electrical. There are a total number of 52 vacancies for Civil and 27 for Electrical.

Opening Date for Online Registration: 16.11.2018

Last Date & Time for closing of Registration and Submission of Application: 15.12.2018

Scale of Pay

Level – 6 of Pay Matrix with minimum pay of Rs. 35,400/- according to 7th CPC. In addition to Pay, DA, HRA and Transport Allowance is also admissible as per rules in force from time to time.

Recruitment Process

The Written Examination (Computer Based) shall be Objective Type Multiple Choice (to assess Professional Knowledge and General Knowledge/Intelligence) of total 200 Marks. A composite time duration of 2 Hours.

Paper I-

(i) General Intelligence & Reasoning- 50 marks

(ii) Geeral Awareness- 50 marks

Paper-II-

General Engineering (Civil or Electrical)- 100 marks

The final selection for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) and Junior Engineer (Electrical) will be made on the basis of merit position in Written Examination (Computer Based).
