05. Date of Birth Proof
Original and photocopy of the Birth Certificate or Class 10 Marksheet/ Certificate showing the Date of Birth.

09. Work Experience Certificate (if applicable)

10. No Objection Certificate (NOC)
Candidates currently employed in government or public sector organizations must produce an NOC from their employer.
11. Recent Passport-Size Photographs
