1. REDEEM (Verb) : धन देकर बचाना
Meaning: gain or regain possession of (something) in exchange for payment.
Synonyms: retrieve, regain, recover
Antonyms: forfeit, lose, abandon
Example: At the end of Janet’s car lease she will redeem it for another Honda

2. PROCLIVITY (Noun) : प्रवृत्ति
Meaning: a tendency to choose or do something regularly; an inclination or predisposition towards a particular thing.
Synonyms: liking, inclination, tendency, leaning
Antonyms: disinclination, dislike, antipathy, hate
Example: His proclivity for cooking made him a big hit in the homeowner’s association.

3. INCENSE (Verb) : क्रोध से कुद्ध करना
Meaning: make very angry.
Synonyms: enrage, infuriate, anger, madden
Antonyms: placate, please, calm
Example: News of the salary reduction is sure to incense the workers.

4. IRE (Noun) : गुस्सा

Meaning: anger.
Synonyms: anger, rage, fury, wrath
Antonyms: calmness, comfort, delight
Example: When the celebrity wore the fur coat on the red carpet, she drew the ire of many animal rights activists.

5. SHRILL (Adjective) : अनिमेष
Meaning: (of a voice or sound) high-pitched and piercing.
Synonyms: high-pitched, piercing, high, sharp
Antonyms: low, soft, dulcet
Example: When Rose was stabbed, she let out a shrill scream.

6. HAVEN (Noun) : आश्रय
Meaning: a place of safety or refuge.
Synonyms: refuge, retreat, shelter, sanctuary
Example: In the blizzard, many highway travelers searched for a haven from the freezing wind.

7. HIATUS (Noun) : एक ठहराव
Meaning: a pause or break in continuity in a sequence or activity.
Synonyms: pause, break, interval, interruption, suspension
Antonyms: closure, juncture, misfortune
Example: The professor will take his family on a long vacation during his hiatus.

8. LARGESSE (Noun) : बख्शीश
Meaning: generosity in bestowing money or gifts upon others.
Synonyms: generosity, liberality, munificence, bounty
Antonyms: meanness, miserliness
Example: When I was in need, I benefited from the largesse of an anonymous donor.

9. EXPEDITIOUS (Adjective) : शीघ्र
Meaning: done with speed and efficiency.
Synonyms: speedy, swift, quick, rapid, fast; prompt
Antonyms: slow
Example: The man was saved because of the doctor’s expeditious diagnosis.

10. GERMANE (Adjective) : सार्थक
Meaning: relevant to a subject under consideration.
Synonyms: relevant, pertinent, applicable, apposite
Antonyms: irrelevant
Example: The president will only respond to media questions that are germane to the economic crisis.
