INTRANSIGENCE (Noun)
Meaning: refusal to change one’s views or to agree about something.

STONEWALL (Verb)
Meaning: delay or obstruct (a request, process, or person) by refusing to answer questions or by being evasive.

Meaning: Filled with or attended with
