Justice Bidyut Ranjan Sarangi Appointed Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court
Justice Bidyut Ranjan Sarangi has been appointed as the Chief Justice of the Jharkhand High Court, succeeding Justice Sanjaya Kumar Mishra who retired on December 28, 2023. His appointment was recommended by the Supreme Court collegium in December last year and officially announced by the Union Ministry of Law and Justice on July 3.

Overall NPS assets, including Atal Pension Yojana (APY), approached ₹12.5-lakh crore, marking a 28.64% increase, as per PFRDA data.
