Union Minister, Mr. Jitendra Singh on Tuesday informed the nation that Common Eligibility Test(CET) Exam will be conducted in early 2022. This is going to be the first CET exam to recruit the candidates for non-technical group B and C for government Staff. Mr. Jitendra Singh further added that move is likely will be given to DoPT (Department of Personnel and Training) which will bring the “ease of recruitment” for young job aspirants and will be a major blessing for them and also the unique feature of this recruitment agency is that, it will have at least one examination center in the district especially for those youth who are living in a far flung remote area and are aiming for the government jobs.
Minister also added “there will also be a huge benefit to women and Divyang candidates and for those who find it financially unaffordable to appear for multiple tests by travelling to multiple Centers”. “The historic reform will provide a level playing field to all the candidates, regardless of his or her background or socio-economic status”, he said. This effort will also ensure economic utilization of resources by reducing the burden on government exchequer,” he further added.
