Exam Pattern for Junior Office Assistant (Postcode- 4 & 10), Junior Technician (Postcode- 5 – 8), and Secretarial Assistant (Postcode- 9)

For Junior Office Assistant (Postcode- 4 & 10)

• Junior Office Assistant exam consists of Typing Skill Test on Computer and Online Test.
• Typing Speed on Computer- 40 wpm in English OR 30 wpm in Hindi
• Those candidates who will qualify the typing speed only will be called for Online Test.

For Secretarial Assistant (Postcode- 9)

• Secretarial Assistant exam consists of Stenography Test, Typing Skill Test on Computer and Online Test.
• There will be 10 minutes of dictation in English OR Hindi (as opted by the candidate) at the speed of 80 wpm and that matter should be transcribed on the computer at 40 wpm.
• Those candidates who will qualify for both Stenography Test and Typing Skill Test on the Computer will be called for Online Test.
