Renaming of the Clerk Position

One of the most notable changes in the IBPS Calendar 2025 is the renaming of the “Clerk” position to “Customer Service Associate (CSA).” This updated terminology reflects a shift towards emphasizing customer-centric roles in public sector banks, aligning the job description with evolving banking trends.

Specified Exam Dates

The IBPS Exam Calendar 2025 introduces more precise and well-defined IBPS RRB Prelims Exam Date 2025 for PO and Clerk. The IBPS RRB PO Prelims Exam has been scheduled for 27 July, 02, and 03 August 2025 while the IBPS RRB Clerk Prelims Exam will be conducted on 30 August, 06, and 07 September 2025.

For Regional Rural Banks (RRBs), the Preliminary exams for Officer Scale I will begin on 27 July, significantly earlier than the August schedule in 2024-25. This earlier timeline ensures candidates have more time to prepare for the subsequent phases.

Enhanced Registration Process
