EXAM PATTERN OF IB ACIO: 

 IB ACIO selection will be done in three stages:

1. Tier-1 objective (CBT)
2. Tier-2 descriptive(written)
3. Interview

Candidates who will qualify for tier 1 exam, only those students will be called for tier 2, and after combining the marks of tier 1 and tier 2 exams, candidates will be shortlisted for the interview round, and the final selection will be made on the basis of the performances of all the 3 stages.

The pattern of the tier 1 exam is, there will be a total of 100 questions consisting of 5 sections. Candidates will have 60 minutes to attempt those questions, there will be 1 mark for each right answer, and for every wrong answer, there will be a negative marking of 1\4 marks.

  Talking about the Tier2 exam, this will be descriptive in nature, of total 50 marks carrying 2 questions.

The third stage is the interview round, and will be of 100 marks. Candidates appearing in the interview round, will be judged on the basis of their presentation, intelligence and personality and they may be subject to aptitude test .
