SSC Job Profile:

SSC officer is more of a challenging profile and a candidate needs to work from scratch. Hence, the work duties are as follows:

Clerical work like answering RTI queries.
General administration work as a start.
Make notes and filing work.
Get to do field jobs that involve travelling.
Get to put in work in the development of nationwide policies by looking after bank office work.
Carry out inspections, raids, surveillance etc.

Work Pressure: A banking Job has more work pressure than an SSC Job as a banker has to directly deal with the people. However, it is quite exploring and exciting.

Bank Job: A beginner bankers work included administrative tasks, general banking or any other task bestowed by the management depending on the profile (PO, Clerk, etc). Marketing, billing, investment, finance, accounting, human resource, general banking, agricultural banking etc sessions are given to the candidates who join banking sector. They have to deal with the people directly so a proper behavioural practice is also required.

SSC Job: SSC jobs ensure a good work-life balance. It is a more relaxed job in comparison to a Bank Job. They are made to work on the Administrative Task, supervision or any other tasks as asked by the senior official. There is no customer interaction in an SSC Job.

Bank Vs SSC: Pros and Cons

Pros: Banking job has high chances for promotion and a low cycle of transfer. It provides a good salary and provide a perk of lower loan rates. SSC Job has high promotion chances and a high cycle of transfer. Immense power is given to a SSC Officer. They have a advantage of getting promoted to Gazetted posts and are under the exposure of government sector.

Cons: Banking Job do have high workload and customer dealing can be rude most of the times. Sometimes, a person is posted in rural or outer areas. SSc Jobs have less pressure and a person can be posted anywhere across the India.
