Quantitative Aptitude (Moderate-Difficult)

The level of Quantitative Aptitude section was moderate-Difficult.  The questions were calculative and time consuming. There were a total of 2 sets of Data Interpretation.

English Language (Moderate)

English section was of moderate level, the questions asked in this section were of the conventional pattern of banking examinations. Catching up on the trend of number of questions set up by this year’s SBI Exam, in today’s BOB PO exam’s English section the reading comprehension had a set of 8 questions out of which 3 were related to vocabulary. General/Economy/Banking Awareness (Difficult)

This section was of Difficult level when compared with the rest of the sections of the objective test. Most of the question in GA section were from banking and economic awareness. Most of the current affairs questions were covered from the news of April and May 2018. There were few question of static awareness as well.

Descriptive Writing (Easy-Moderate)

The Descriptive writing test of English Language was of 30 marks and had 2 questions- Essay and Letter Writing. 2 choices each for Essay and Letter Writing questions were given out which a candidate had to choose 1 for Essay and 1 for Letter.

Letter Writing: Word Limit (150 words)

1. You are an Officer in a Bank and attending weekend MBA classes. Write a letter to your senior for 7 days leave for pursuing weekend MBA course/examination in 150-word limit.

2. Your brother is hesitating from investing in mutual funds. Write a letter to your brother explaining him about mutual funds and how one should invest in mutual funds.

Essay Writing: Word Limit (150 words)

1. Swatch Bharat Campaign against open deification.
2. Expensive Weddings are a social evil.
