Here in this FAQ we’ll answer all your questions as per the guidelines given by Reserve Bank of India. 

All ATMs are closed for Today and Tomorrow and Banks will resume functioning for common man from 10th Nov. You can exchange your old currency notes at various branches of banks and post offices from tomorrow onward, however there is a certain limit for exchange ATM withdrawals.
