Senior Customer Service Executive:

• Education Qualification: Graduate under 10+2+3 pattern
• Experience: 5 years in areas like fares, reservation, ticketing, passenger check-in, or cargo handling
• Age Limit: 33 years for General category (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per government rules)

Customer Service Executive:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern
• Preference: Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing experience or relevant diplomas
• Age Limit: 28 years for General category (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per government rules)

Note: Both positions require proficiency in PC use and good command over spoken and written English and Hindi.
