This fraudulent activity, operational for over three years, generated illegal gains of ₹21.16 crore by misusing non-public trade information. The investigation, covering the period from January 1, 2021, to July 19, 2024, revealed a systematic violation of SEBI’s PFUTP regulations and the SEBI Act.
