“Life is a never ending movie and we choose to make our story”… Read Diksha Lakhera’s Story | IBPS Clerk (Allahabad Bank)- 38

Well I started my preparation from 2017. I had finished my graduation and decided to drop a year and give all my focus to the competition. Many people suggested me not to do so. But my dad and mom were with me so I had no worries in the world. Since then, I had given the following exams:

IBPS RRB PO: Out in prelims
IBPS RRB Clerk: Pre cleared, out in mains (just because of missing sectional cutoff in GK by one mark)
IBPS Clerk: Pre cleared, out in mains
IBPS PO: Pre & mains cleared, out in overall cutoff

A year passed just like that and I started to think that maybe my decision to drop was wrong. I was scared. I didn’t know what I was doing wrong. I even lest social media. But then again my family motivated me to go on. So I  started doing post graduation and continued my journey.

This 1st April was the best day of my life. All thanks to my family, friends and ADDA for the support and motivation. I couldn’t have gotten through these 2 years without these lovely people. Adda helped me with a lot with it’s quizzes, job notifications and Hindu reviews. The success stories posted on the app motivated me. And I’m glad to post one of my own.

I will continue to step up my work and achieve more milestones. Life is a never ending movie and we choose to make our story. Now these lines may sound cheesy but they’re true. Hard work and dedication always give you results. If not this time then maybe the next time.  Give every exam like it’s the only one in the world. If you fail, repeat the same for the next one. Forget the past and focus on present. Keep positive people around. Sometimes they become your anchor of happiness in the sea of turmoil and confusion. Never lose hope and keep up the good work.
