Success Story of Nilesh Sharma | SBI PO – 4

Exam Cleared: SBI P.O 

I am sharing my struggle story with all aspirants who want to achieve something big in life. The Journey started in 2016 when I was planning to appear in Bank exams after completion of my graduation. But in my 5th semester of B.com I got failed in one of the Subject that put me in worst phase of my life as it wasted one precious year. After completing my graduation in 2017, i left the job in june and started preparing for exam with full focus and discipline. In my preparations Bankersadda and adda 247 youtube channel helped me a lot as these not only cleared my doubts but also helped me in polishing my skills and also the Video Test Series of SBI P.O( special mention for its quality content)

Here is the list of exams i appeared in

IBPS Clerk 2017:  could not clear pre (my marks 70 cut off 74)

Syndicate Bank P.O. : Could not clear but result motivated me (My marks 109 cutoff 109.5)

IDBI Bank Executive: Could not clear ( Felt really depressed)

After this exam I only focused on Practice and the result is

SBI Clerk: Cleared pre but could not qualify in Merit list

IBPS RRB P.O.: Cleared Pre and mains, Interview is not done yet 

IBPS RRB Clerk: Cleared Pre waiting for mains result

And finally

SBI P.O.: CLEARED in first attempt.

I am thankful to God, my family, Friends and especially to my FAILURES which taught me the value Success.

MY STRATEGY

For Quants: Magical book on Maths by M. tyra and How to do DI by Arun Sharma

English: Word power made easy,  and read a good English newspaper for 1 hour daily

Reasoning: Watch videos on Adda 247 and solve Practice sets

General Awareness: Indian financial system by H.R. Machiraju, current affairs and static awareness from Bankersadda

I want to end this Success Story with following quote of Martin Luther King Jr. “If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.”
