IBPS PO Prelims Exam Analysis 2018:
IBPS PO is the most sought-after recruitment in the banking industry. Several aspirants are burning candles at both ends to get a seat for themselves in this prestigious bank. 13th October is the first day of the first phase of this exam, i.e., prelims and the 4th shift is over now. There have been changes from the first shift to fourth in today’s IBPS PO Prelims Examination. The first shift was of a moderate level and in the second shift the level shifted towards the difficult side with new pattern based questions in the English Language and a lengthy Quantitative Aptitude Section. Candidates who appeared for the third shift, reported that it was however easier when compared with the previous two.
In this article we will discuss the exam review and analysis of today’s fourth and final shift. The examination held in this shift was of Moderate level. The order of occurrence of sections was English, Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude

Quantitative Aptitude (Moderate- Lengthy)
The level of Quantitative Aptitude section was moderate to lengthy. One can easily attempt questions if they have practiced well. There were a total of 3 sets of data interpretation: 2 sets of Tabular+ Pie Chart, and one caselet.

English Language (Easy-Moderate)
English section in the 4th shift was of Easy to Moderate level. There were only 7 question in the set of Reading Comprehension out of which 1 question was of vocabulary (Synonyms). It is important that candidates choose wisely what to attempt and what to skip. Reading Comprehension was based on an article related to work pressure on people in Japan.

Reasoning (Easy-Moderate)
The level of reasoning in this shift was Easy to Moderate. 4 questions of syllogism were also asked in this shift, however there was no question of syllogism in today’s earlier shifts. There were 4 sets of puzzles and Seating Arrangement, following are the types
- Random Arrangement Based Puzzle, 5 companies, 5 people, 5 posts
- Circular seating arrangement
- Box based Puzzle, 9 boxes
- Day Based Puzzle, (Mon to Sat)
