Directions (1-5): Read the following information carefully and answer the given questions:
Seven persons A, B, C, D, E, F, and G likes different Sports car i.e. M, N, O, P, Q, R, and S, also they got different ranks in car racing from 1 to 7 (but not necessarily in the same order). They like the different colour. Some of them like colours.

The one who like red and green did not get 3rd rank. A likes S but did not got 1st rank. The one who got 3rd rank likes N. F got last rank. D likes Q and got 4th rank. Either B or E got 6th rank. C likes red and E likes green. C is not the person who got 1st rank. The one who got 5th rank likes yellow colour. The one who got 2nd rank likes M. The one who likes P neither got 1st nor last rank. Neither E nor G likes car O and R.

Q1. B likes which of the following car?

Solution:
(1-5)

(i) A likes S but did not got 1st rank. F got last rank. D likes Q and got 4th rank. Either B or E got 6th rank. C likes red and E likes green. The one who like red and green did not get 3rd rank. The one who got 3rd rank likes N, by concluding these conditions we get following possibilities.


(ii) C is not the person who got 1st rank, so E got 1st rank in case1 and G got 1st rank in case 2 and B got 1st rank in case 3. The one who got 5th rank likes yellow colour. So A likes yellow. The one who got 2nd rank likes M, so C got 2nd rank. The one who likes P neither got 1st nor last rank.


(iii) Neither E nor G likes either O and R, so case 1 and 2 will be eliminated and case 3 will be final answer.

Directions (6-10): In this question, two/three statements followed by two conclusions numbered I and II have been given. You have to take the given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance from the commonly facts and then decide which of the given conclusions logically follows from the given statements disregarding commonly known facts.
