NABARD Assistant Manager Exam Analysis 2018:

NABARD Assistant Manager Prelims Exam has conducted its online examination today, and the first shift is over now. This Computer Based Test was conducted by NABARD  to select candidates for the post of Assistant Manager. After NABARD Assistant Manager Prelims 2018 Shift-I is over, aspirants who will be appearing in the next shifts must be eager to know about the Examination’s level, types of questions asked, all of which can help them to appear in the next shift.

This article will give you the opportunity to analyze the NABARD Assistant Manager 2018 exam and question asked in the Test of Reasoning, English Language, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Economic & Social Issues (with focus on Rural India), Agriculture &  Rural Development (with focus on Rural India).  After critical analysis and review given by candidates who have appeared for the first shift, we would say that this year’s NABARD Assistant Manager Prelims Shift-1 examination was of an Easy to Moderate level.  There were no changes in Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability and English Language as are expected in many banking exams. 

NABARD Assistant Manager Prelims Exam Analysis: Overall 

The Online Examination constituted of an objective test which had seven sections namely Test of Reasoning, English Language, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Economic & Social Issues (with focus on Rural India), Agriculture &  Rural Development (with focus on Rural India). The objective test had a composite time of 120 minutes for all seven sections.

There were 3 sets of puzzles and Seating Arrangement which are given below:-

English Language ( Moderate)

The level of this section was moderate in comparison with the rest of the examination. There was 1 set of Reading Comprehension and they also included 5 vocabulary based questions of synonyms and antonyms. Reading Comprehension was based on Artificial Intelligence and United Nations.

Computer Knowledge 

The questions asked in Computer Knowledge were easy. The questions were based on basics of computer, i.e, DBMS, MS Office, Internet, Network etc.  

General Awareness

Overall the section was easy. there were questions from current affairs, static awareness and economic survey 2016-17. Candidate can easily attempt 80-90% of the questions. 

Economic & Social Issues

Overall the section was of moderate level. there were questions from GDP, GNP, Inflation etc. 


Agriculture & Rural Development
Candidates had to struggle with this section as it was bit difficult compared to other sections. There were questions from crops, soils, weather, Rainfall and Schemes for Rural Development like MNREGA, PMGSY etc.
