Dear Aspirants, Indian Bank PO Prelims First Shift is over, Now it’s time for exam analysis of Indian Bank PGDBF PO Prelims (1st Shift). This preliminary examination is very important because a candidate is required to qualify both in the Online Examination (Preliminary and Main) and Interview and be sufficiently high in the shortlisted merit list for provisional allotment.  This is the first step towards getting your seat in this recruitment process. After IPPB Prelims this was the next most awaited Pre Exam by many Banking aspirants.

There are 3 Sections in Indian Bank PO Prelims exam namely English, Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude.

QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE (Moderate)

The level of quantitative aptitude was moderate. There were two sets of DI (Bar Graph and Tabular).

ENGLISH LANGUAGE (Moderate)

The level of English was easy to moderate. The topic of RC was based on Water Management. This simmilar pattern is being seen in recent Prelims Exams where there are only 10 RC, 10 Errors and 10 Cloze Test.

REASONING ABILITY (Easy- Moderate)

The level of reasoning was moderate. There was a Square seating arrangement where people on the corners were facing outside and people on sides were facing the centre, it was of moderate level. Another seating arrangement was Linear Seating Arrangement where 8 people were facing in the north direction. 1 Floor puzzle was also there with 5 sets of questions, this floor puzzle was with 2 variables, where they gave you 8 people to arrange in their floors and their work experiences.
