Gave my 1^st IBPS Exam in 2014 without any serious
preparation and Journey of failures, disappointment started with these results.

On 1^st April 15 when clerk result announced I
cried like a hell. I started  thinking
that these bank exam is not my cup of tea, I am wasting my time. But that time my parents supported me a lot.My mother told
me if you are not getting result then change your strategy not your goal.
Because nothing comes easy in this life .I geared up myself for coming 2016
exams. I was good in reasoning and maths but my speed was not good and reason was
lack of online test. I joined a coaching institute to brush up my basics.

Started giving online test on regular basis. And at the same
time followed all quizzes and capsules of bankersadda . I must say things are not so easy for candidates like us who
are preparing for govt exams,because we are investing our precious years of life
in preparation while no one is sure about result. “Aise me kbhi kbhi negative
feeling aane lagti.”

My classmates started earning ,they were enjoying there
life after college and I was still uncertain about my future.social sites
started distracting me. I deactivated my fb account .

“raat raat bhar nind nhi aati thi ye soch kr ki kahi
selection naa hua to ky hoga…itne tym invest kiya hai wapus jana to aur bhi
muskil hai..” before PO mains I was feeling depressed , I called my mother, I
started crying. I said to my mother that I cant do it, I cant clear these exam. My
mother consoled me and said don’t get dishearten just before exam, have faith
in kanha ji and she passed phone to my father and he said “ki hard work kbhi
waste nhi jata..jitna aap hard work karoge wo interest k sath aapko wapus miega
…to mujh par ye junnon swar hua ki agar sach me aisa hai to phir mujhe bhi hard
work k badle kuch jarur milega..uske baad se maine result ka sochna hi band kr
diya ..” 

now I had only one fanda –bus apna hard work dena hai jo hoga dekha
jyega..

IBPS RRB assist( missed written by 5 marks)

RRB scale 1 (Missed written by 7 marks)

IBPS PO-(out in mains,total 96.25,cutoff-76,missed computer
cutoff by 3 marks)

I was deep hurt by this result, I waited one year in the
hope to get it clear but I did’t.

IBPS CLERK(out in mains)

Things were same on 1^st April 2016 as it was on
1st April 2015.But I was different. The same result on which I cried like a
hell .In 2016 Not a single tears was there in my eyes after result. Now I was
strong enough to handle this situation .YES! I was hurt but I wasn’t a loser. I
have learned so many things and I decided to give one more chance to myself.

SBI PO(pre=70.75,cleared mains ,but out in final selection)

And finally on dhanteras seeing my roll number in pdf of  SBI CLERK list was a real shock. After seeing
so many failures it took 20-25 minutes to believe that yess I did it. I was
rechecking my roll no again and again.When I started my banking exam journey in
back 2014, I never dreamed about SBI. But this Diwali getting CONGRATULATION
message from SBI made my Diwali the best Diwali ever….And the best part was I
was at home, sharing this news with maa and papa. 

Thank you bankers adda for
being with me in this journey. Thank you bhai for your enormous support .Thank you
kanha jii for loving me always. Thank you friends who helped me in this tough
period of life(wont take name ,the list will become long), thank you people who
doubted on me (your doubt bring challenge to me ) thank you big corporate
companies for rejecting me else I could not get opportunity to work with India’s
no.1 PSB.

Some suggestion or you can say tips ( which I also expected
in every success story) for you guys:

First of all a big salute to all candidates ( who are
preparing seriously ) who have decided to prepare for govt exam,because having
a guts to taking this kind of risk itself is a big win and you have own
the  half battle .

First of all you need to develop a positive  personality to be a real fighter candidate. Form
to har saal lakho bacche dalte hai but unme serious candidates ka % kafi kam
hai … so agar selection nikalna hai to sirf form dalna aur casually exam dene
pahuch jane wale attitude ko change krna hoga.

Never compare yourself with others, create your own standard.

Having self confidence is very much needed. (Aise bhot log
aapko mil jynge jo aapko demotive kr skte hai ,jaise kaha govt k chakkar me
lage ho ,kahi private hi join kr lo..) so you need to have strong self believe
in yourself. And to have self believe ,you need to do hard work. Be true to yourself. Keep distance from negative people.

Some tips for subjects:-

Quant– clear your basics ,and then practice daily as many
question as you can.You can visit different sites to get varieties of questions.
After giving  online test practice all
the questions again,the one which you you have left and also the one which you
have  attempted.

Reasoning– Practice is the only key .solve questions online.
Ba quiz are there. You can get High level 
reasoning in online test.most the time what happen candidates get over
confident about this section and don’t practice before exam.If you are 100 %
sure about this section score then also keep practicing daily. Competition is
tough .You cant take risk with any single question. Try to attempt more no.of
questions from this section.This will increase your over all score.

English- reading newspaper on daily basis is must. . Reading is
important but at the same time having interest in reading is also important
.You can read online magazines or online articles of your choice.so keep reading
a particular news paper regularly .

GK-one-the hindu news paper (read it thoroughly) bankersadda’s daily news updates,capsule.

Do a lot of practice it will boost your
confidence. I made it today you will surely made it tomorrow. “Jinka selection ho
jata wo koi different person nhi hote aapke jaise hi candidates hote hai…unke
hard work pays off ka time aa gya to ho gya..aapka waqt aayega aapko koi rok
nhi payega..bs have patience and be motivated…”
